Approximately 90% of the victims of this particular fraud are elderly people aged 85 and over. In addition, about 90% of the perpetrators were under 39 years old. 90% of the victims thought "I'm fine" or "I can't be fooled." Then what percentage of perpetrators thought "I'm fine" or "There's no way I can be a criminal?"

A 35-year-old self-employed man in Tokyo was arrested on suspicion of contracting and exploiting a cell phons and SIM card under someone else's name. The man appears to be a member of a communications fraud group based in an apartment in Tokyo, and denies some of his charges saying "I didn't think it was wrong."

"I had a pre-existing condition, and my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of treatment for the complications that developed, so it was getting expensive, and when I saw a post that said the job began with 50,000 JPY a day that's when I started this job."
